World Knowledge Contest

Meep Jammers! ^.^

Thank you so much for the 135,000 views! :D
Now, as I promised, here's the contest! :3

First of all, the world-dreaded RULES.

No looking up answers on the internet.
No asking someone else to look them up for you.
No finding a way around either of those two rules.
You can look for the answers in books or ask someone else.
Blank answers will be counted as wrong answers.
You cannot enter your answers, leaving  a few questions blank and then want tofill them out later.
Sorry but that gets confusing when I'm trying to figure out the results.
Only enter once.
Be sporting.
The person with the most correct answers wins.
Post your answers in the comments or email them to me at animaljamtimes@yahoo.co.uk
If there is a tie, I will make another round in which only the tie-ers may enter.
MAY PENGUINS TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

I hope you agree with that last statement, otherwise you'll be very sorry.
Now, this quiz is going to be about all the countries in the world - ok, fine, not all of them - and the continents.
It may be more to do with animals, plants, history or geography.
Or something else >:D

1. Which country do I live in? :3
2. Which country has the Tower of Pisa?
3. Which Kenyan tribe is well known for it's outstanding runners?
4. How many inhabitants does China have?
5. The oldest breed of cat comes from...?
6. Which country in the world is the most warring?
7. Which country in the world is the most peaceful?
8. Where did the Vikings come from?
9. Which country do the breed Knabstrupper horses come from?
10. Where will the 2016 Olympics be held?
11. The Amazon Rainforest covers which countries?
12. What is the British national animal?
13. Who (obviously I mean the main person, not all the helpers and stuff :p) built the Statue of Liberty and which country were they from?
14. Which "continent" is not actually a continent?
15. What did Thailand use to be called?
16. Which countries border Nepal?
17. Is Mali landlocked?
18. Do you only get Giant Pandas in China?
19. Which country is famous for it's flat ground, windmills and tulips?
20. Which country did Erin Hunter come from?

Now for the prizes! :3

First place will receive...

Second place will receive...
Third place will receive...

Good luck! ^.^ Your entries must be in by the 6th January!

Bye for now! ^.^

And. 5: Maybe in Egypt? I'm just guessing because you know, when I looked at the illustrations at my history book in the ancient Egypt page, I saw statues and Hieroglyphics like Cats. I'm not sure though, I'll ask people if I'm correct. If I'm wrong, I'll maybe fill out again soon, or maybe I won't if I'm right or I can't find out the correct one. :3

    Ans. 6: England. Isn't it? :o

It's Frederic Auguste Bartholdi. It was written a bit differently in the book, but I don't know how to type them actually. :3

Ans. 14: Most likely to be Australia, as it is a country, but it is also a continent though. I'm not sure, I might answer later. If I don't then I'm going with Australia. :)

Ans. 15: I know this. It was called Siam. I've visited Thailand, and also, there was a shopping mall named "Siam Tower".

Ans. 16: Obviously India (I know this because we were going to Nepal from India, I don't live in India though). :)

Ans. 17: Just guessing... I did a coin toss and... head.. so I'm going with yes. :3

  33. Just a question about #12. (The British national animal one.) Well, each country/region (whatever they're called) in Great Britain has their own national animal. Like England has a different one from Scotland, etc.
Is there like a main one for all of Britain or something?

P.S. I look forward to the day I have a penguin as my ruler.
